1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIBE Prep (“the Platform”) operated by Dhruvaatma Systems Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals preparing for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE). You must be at least 18 years of age and a law graduate (LLB / 5-year integrated law degree) to register. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or subscription with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@dhruvaatma.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Plan: Access to 2 subjects, 5 MCQs per subject, and 1 mock test at no cost.

Complete Plan: ₹2,999 per year. Renews annually unless cancelled.

Premium Plan: ₹4,999 for 2 years. Includes AI Tutor, Adaptive Testing, Score Prediction, and Pass Guarantee.

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions activate immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Pass Guarantee

The Pass Guarantee is available exclusively to Premium plan subscribers who:

• Complete 80% or more of all subject content on the Platform
• Complete at least 5 full-length mock tests before the exam

If an eligible subscriber does not pass their AIBE attempt, we will extend their Premium subscription for the next exam cycle at no charge. This guarantee covers one extension per exam cycle and requires submission of your official AIBE result. The guarantee does not include cash refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including notes, MCQs, case law summaries, flashcards, and AI-generated material — is the intellectual property of Dhruvaatma Systems Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission. Personal study use is permitted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing, selling, or redistributing Platform content or credentials
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Platform
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to disrupt the Platform
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, content on AIBE Prep is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Law is subject to change; always verify critical provisions with official sources (Bare Acts, official Bar Council of India notifications). We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or outdated information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dhruvaatma Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to exam failure, loss of data, or loss of revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all personal data is removed as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
